Mr. A.S. PATIL has been in the land development and construction industry since over two decades. Started his career as a civil contractor, he brings with him rich experience of working on massive civil engineering projects. He has executed some of the challenging works with companies like construction of roads, bridges with organizations like L&T, Gammon India etc. As the founder of the Yashaswi he has been the guiding light who has set the vision for the company. His infectious enthusiasm, energy and dynamism as a person has trickled down to every member of the Yashaswi team. Just prior to setting up his independent venture, he has successfully completed developing and promoting residential sites around Bengaluru in areas such as; Bidadi, Nelamangala, Devanahalli and Hoskote. Being a philanthropist, he believes in giving back to the society in various ways through the company’s CSR initiatives.
